Most HelloReal™ products come with a limited warranty. To extend your coverage further, purchase HelloReal+ Protection Plan for full coverage.
Should your product get damaged by accident, we've got you covered. HelloReal+ Protection plan includes up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months from the date it arrived to you(Delivery date). If covered, each incident is subject to the shipping cost for the covered replacement product, plus applicable tax.
Note: The protection plan only covers parts and accessories attachment by HelloReal. It does not cover any VR hardware and components. Users should adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Meta/Oculus at any given time and be responsible for any property damages.
We reserve the right to cancel this protection plan in case of abuse.
