Important Announcement:
We hope this message finds you well. Our team wants to share some important updates about the status and future of supporting our customers and partners.
HelloReal started as a company to reimagine VR accessories, and realize them to its full potential. We set out to create the most immersive VR focused products and we believe we have achieved that. Over the years, we have brought you ProSwing Golf, ProSwing Tennis, SnowFox Pro, and the Official Walkabout Grip-to-Putter, and we've been deeply committed to delivering innovative VR accessories that enhance your experience in the Metaverse.
Our passion for the VR community remains strong, and our founders have come to the decision that a transition is needed. After much consideration, our team has decided to set new goals and pursue other projects that align more closely with our evolving vision. As a result, HelloReal will cease development of new products and halt operations.
As a result, the following approved brands from different regions will carry forward our products: SpectraGear(US), Knoxlabs(US), UnboundXR(EU) DuckBros VR(Asia) and more to come.
These are authorized resellers providing continuous support for the existing HelloReal lineup. The objective is to meet customer, partner, and platform needs with minimal interruptions.
This decision was not made lightly and we took into consideration the support of each of you. Please visit FAQs for further questions and stay tuned for upcoming updates.

What does it mean to existing HelloReal customers?
Although we are transitioning out of operation, we have made arrangements with trusted brands and resellers to ensure there is support and updates in the foreseeable future.
Where can I get HelloReal or similar products moving forward?
We are happy to share that HelloReal products will continue to be supported and offered from our approved resellers in different regions: SpectraGear(US), UnboundXR(EU) and more to come.
Is HelloReal making any new products?
HelloReal will no longer develop new products. Future updates will be determined by approved brands. (TBD)
Will there future updates on existing products?
Although HelloReal will no longer produce new products. We will ensure our approved resellers and brand partners will find suitable solutions. Updates will be provided to meet customer, partners, and platform needs going forward.

All products related support will be transitioned to our approved resellers and additional appropriate parties
How can I get support for issues with the putter attachment?

How long will HelloReal Grip-to-Putter accessories be supported?
The Grip-to-Putter V1 and V2 will be supported for at least two years.

What happens to my warranty or service agreement?
Warranty agreement will be honored based on existing policy through our resellers and approved brands.
PRODUCTS
What is the difference between the GTP1 and GTP2?
GTP1 and GTP2 are based on the same platform that provide the same immersive and performance enhancing features. However, they are branded with completely different putter aesthetics with dedicated in-game cosmetics to reflect that.
Can I still get the Grip-to-Putter?
The GTP series is designed to be limited edition in limited quantity. So unfortunately, once they're sold out we will no longer carry it. However, we have similar platform "ProSwing" that has similar functionalities.

Which headsets are compatible with Grip-to-Putter and ProSwing?
Currently, GTP and ProSwing series are compatible with Quest 1, 2, 3, and Pro on the Meta platform as well as PSVR2 on the Playstation platform.
Will there be any sales or discounts on existing products?
With the popularity of the products and demand, existing products will be further discounted.
More discount may be available based on occasions and resellers.
Where can I get continued support with my HelloReal product?
If you purchased through a reseller, please reach out to the same party for the support.
Otherwise, please leave a message to info@helloreal.com and it will be redirected to appropriate party to assist you further.
